The event is a huge help to the team in ensuring they can continue to provide the vital service that many of us take for granted! This year they are also introducing the “Pursuit” a 25km distance where participants will run from Dublin Castle to Kippure Estate. With a mixture of road and self-navigated open mountain, this is a unique event! This race is a fundraising event for the Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team. This unique event begins in Dublin Castle in the dark and participants hike or runs to Glenmalure Lodge in South Wicklow.
